SANTOGOLD

For many of us who were able to keep SantoGold hidden from the rest of the world, it has been both incredible and a little sad to see our beloved Santi White rise to super stardom, appearing in ads with Pharell, and all glitzed & glamed up. We knew it would eventually happen, we knew the world would love her, and we knew that the rest of America would want a piece of our downtown scene. Inevitably--because you can't hold talent back--she's become one of the stars to watch for. Even though there probably will be no more FADER parties or $20 China Town bus rides to catch, in order to go see her brilliant ass in Philly--alongside nearly a million screaming under-agers who don't know a damn word of her songs (gag)--we are incredibly happy for her and can all rest assured that we DID TELL YOU SO! SantoGold's first headlining tour, entitled Goldrush, will kick off on September 19th in...you guessed it...NYC BITCHES!
